Use Boardwalk from Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools. Sign in once. No API key.
MCP lets your AI look up Boardwalk projects in chat. You sign in with your Boardwalk account. You can connect without a paid Boardwalk plan. Data requests follow your trial or plan; upgrading does not require reconnecting. The same plan and credits apply as the rest of Boardwalk. No API key.

How to connect
- 1Create or sign in to a Boardwalk account.
- 2Open Settings → MCP and pick your AI tool.
- 3Sign in when the tool asks. In a new chat, turn Boardwalk on and ask about projects in your city.
What it costs
Free trial: pull up to 50 projects. Then upgrade for the places you picked. County, State, and National each include 100,000 export records a month, the same number on every tier. A record pull is one new or changed project. An unchanged record already delivered is free. Counts are free. On the trial and API Only plan, delivering new or changed records uses record credits, and API Only is not on the export cap. Find Contact Info uses 1 credit per project when it first delivers email or phone on a geographic plan; API Only includes contacts on purchased records, and a live trial has a separate 5-lookup grant. Empty lookups cost nothing.
