Connect Boardwalk to Claude

Ask Claude about development pipelines, zoning approvals, and competitor activity using live Boardwalk data — no API keys, no config files.

Opens Claude's connector setup with Boardwalk pre-filled. You'll sign in with your Boardwalk account on the next step.

How it works

Click Add Boardwalk in Claude
Use the button above (or share this page with your team). Claude opens Settings → Connectors with our server URL already filled in.

Connect and sign in
Click Add, then Connect. Sign in with the same email and password you use at boardwalkai.com, then click Allow access.

Enable Boardwalk in a chat
Start a conversation, click + → Connectors, and turn on Boardwalk. Ask about projects, developers, or credits in plain English.

Boardwalk account with an active subscription that includes API / integration access.
Paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise). Remote custom connectors are not available on Claude Free.
Searches use your Boardwalk API credits (1 credit per project for structured search, 2 for AI search). Taxonomy and location lookups are free.

Roll out Boardwalk org-wide from Claude admin settings:

If the button does not open Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste this MCP server URL:

OAuth failed — quit Claude fully, retry Connect, and disable VPN during login.
401 on tools — reconnect from Settings → Connectors.
402 — monthly API credits exhausted; usage resets on the 1st.
403 — your plan may not include that state; narrow the geography in your question.
