Common questions
- Does Boardwalk list bids?
- No. Boardwalk shows the rezoning or site plan that comes before the bid, and who filed it. It doesn't list bid invitations or plan rooms.
- How early will I see a project?
- At its first public hearing, such as a rezoning, plat, or site plan. That is often months before construction starts.
- Who is behind each project?
- Whoever the filing names: the developer, owner, applicant, or architect, sometimes only an LLC. Contact info enrichment looks up emails and phone numbers.
- Can we get projects into our CRM?
- Yes. Export Lists and Alert matches to CSV, or use the API. Every plan includes 100,000 project exports a month.
