Yes, each person connects Boardwalk with their own account, and the team shares the plan's records and credits. Every plan includes 10 seats.

Boardwalk works in apps that support remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in, including Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Grok, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity. Some of them limit custom connectors to paid tiers or admins.

Can I send projects to my CRM?

Yes, Boardwalk's API returns new and changed projects for your CRM or warehouse, and any List or Alert exports to CSV. Only new or changed records count against your plan or trial; unchanged ones come again free.

Do I need an API key?

Boardwalk needs no API key in Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor: you sign in with your Boardwalk account. Your own code uses a key from Settings → API.
