Florida indexed 67,691 projects with decisions in 2025 across 65 counties, with 88,038 approved and 645 denied actions (99.3% approval rate). Palm Beach County led with 4,266 projects (6% of the state), followed by Marion County (3,655) and Pinellas County (3,628). Together those three counties accounted for 17% of indexed activity.
