API credits

BoardwalkAI includes monthly API credits (record downloads) with County, State, and National plans. Credits meter project records returned by the public API — not a separate API SKU.

How credits work

1 credit per standard project returned from search or detail.
2 credits per project returned from AI search.
County plans include 100 credits per selected county.
State plans include 500 credits per selected state.
Mixed County + State coverage adds both allowances together.
National plans include 5,000 credits per month. All plans are capped at 5,000/month — above that is Enterprise / custom API.
Credits reset on the calendar month for your account (team pool when applicable).
