API credits

BoardwalkAI includes monthly API credits (record downloads) with County, State, and National plans. Credits meter project records returned by the public API — not a separate API SKU.

How credits work

  • 1 credit per project returned — from search, detail, or AI search. One rate, everywhere.
  • County plans include 100 credits per selected county.
  • State plans include 500 credits per selected state.
  • Mixed County + State coverage adds both allowances together.
  • National plans include 5,000 credits per month. All plans are capped at 5,000/month — above that is Enterprise / custom API.
  • Credits reset on the calendar month for your account (team pool when applicable).
