How it works

  1. Map the homes planned

Pick each city and county your area draws from, or draw its boundary, and filter to residential.

The Boardwalk map of Gwinnett County, Georgia, with residential and public projects: 178 in view, with the list beside it.
  2. Set a monthly Alert

Boardwalk emails new residential filings in those places on the first Monday of each month.

A Boardwalk Alert for apartments in six states: 207 projects, 183 new to review, on a map with the list of matches beside it.
  3. Export to CSV

Download address, units, acres, and meeting date for your enrollment or growth model.

A Boardwalk Alert of commercial and industrial projects in Los Angeles: 94 projects across the LA basin on a map, with the list beside it and the Export CSV button.

Common questions

Does it include single new homes?
Boardwalk shows single homes and lot splits only when you add Minor projects on the map. Its focus is subdivisions and apartments that need a rezoning, plat, or site plan.
Can I total the homes planned?
Boardwalk can total units only where the filing states them, so a sum covers those filings alone. Use acres to estimate the rest.
How current is it?
Boardwalk checks each place at least once a week, most of them every two to three days, and adds new projects as soon as they're processed.

Count the homes before they're built.
