## Pricing questions

### What's in the free trial?

Boardwalk's free trial lasts 7 days and needs no credit card. It covers all 50 states and DC: search planned projects, export up to 50 of them by CSV, the API, or MCP, and use 5 contact info enrichment credits. The trial is for one person; teammates join when you choose a plan.

### Can I mix counties and states?

Yes. A Boardwalk plan can hold any mix of counties and states. Four counties in the same state cost the same as the whole state, and five states cost the same as National, so a plan never costs more than National.

### Can I change my coverage later?

Yes. Add counties or states to a Boardwalk plan from Billing at any time; coverage starts right away and you pay only for the rest of the current period. Removing coverage takes effect at the next renewal.

### How do project exports and contact info enrichment credits work?

A project export is a project taken out of Boardwalk: a CSV download, or a project pulled through the API or MCP. Every Boardwalk plan includes 100,000 a month, shared by the team; a project counts once, and again only if its record changes, and viewing projects in Boardwalk doesn't use exports. Contact info enrichment uses 1 credit per project, the first time an email, phone number, or LinkedIn profile comes back; lookups that find nothing are free.

### Are the API and MCP included?

Yes. Every Boardwalk plan includes the API and MCP at no extra cost: use Boardwalk inside Claude or ChatGPT, or pull projects into your own tools. Projects pulled this way count toward the plan's 100,000 monthly exports.

### Can I cancel any time?

Yes, cancel any time from Billing in your Boardwalk account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for; payments already made aren't refunded.

### How can we pay?

Boardwalk takes cards on every plan. Yearly plans can also be paid by invoice, due in 30 days, with a W-9 and an optional PO number.

### How many people can use Boardwalk?

Every Boardwalk plan includes 10 seats, the owner included; the owner invites teammates from Settings. For a team larger than 10, ask about Enterprise.
