### How early will I see a project?

At its first public hearing, such as a rezoning, plat, or site plan. That is often months before construction starts.

### Who is behind each project?

Whoever the filing names: the developer, owner, applicant, or architect, sometimes only an LLC. Contact info enrichment looks up emails and phone numbers.

### Can we get projects into our CRM?
